Thorough, exceptional care, smooth service

The online and telephone procedures for booking, confirming and updating appointments worked very smoothly and with minimal delays. My overall impression of the hospital throughout was one of calm, efficiency and professionalism. The reception staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Likewise the nursing and support staff I met could not have been more supportive and friendly - and sympathetic when required in the few anxious moments.

Spire hospital was very good in my experience, if I have one complaint it’s the lack of parking but that really goes to prove how popular it is. Very professional staff who do an excellent job. 10/10 from me

My wait time for surgery was so quick, all the relevant staff prepped me and got me ready for surgery and it was very professional . My nurse was especially kind and the anaesthetist made me laugh which helped ease my nerves.

After arriving early for my appointment I was seen promptly. The staff were very efficient and friendly.

The Grange Clinic is a beautiful building in Chester, very clean and modern. The reception is always highly professional and friendly.
