My first visit to the clinic and I was so impressed with the service I received. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and put you at ease. The waiting room was very calming, clean and comfortable.

The medical team, led by doctor Luca Sabatini was outstanding, they made me feel very confident and I trusted them fully for my surgery and post-surgery care. The facility felt more like a hotel rather than hospital, with food cooked by professional chefs, big rooms with own private bathroom and caring medical staff available at all times. Overall, my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital was highly positive and I am grateful for the great care I received. I highly recommend doctor Sabatini and Weymouth Street Hospital to anyone who needs medical treatment.

Dad received outstanding professional care from the Royal Free and Dr Chauhan. The human connectedness and care added made all the difference to his healing and wellbeing. The only downside was the lack of climate adaptedness of the building, with Dad's room often far too hot during the hot summer days. The lack of windows for staff concerns me. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the amazing standard of care that Dad received, thank you.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient.
