We are indebted to Professor Lobo, he has been so supportive during my daughters illness. He is very dedicated and knowledgable, often looking outside the box for answers to complex challenges. When my daughter was going through her first set of tests, the clinician told us Professor Lobo never gives up, and that is definitely very true.

Have never seen anything like the service provided by Dr Lavan! Real care, feeling of being looked after and the ability to organise and manage my difficult situation. He saw me, organised bloods and an abdominal xray (same day at home!). Results of both tests were back in 4hrs and i was seeing a gastro surgeon (Dr Navaratnam - who was also excellent) that afternoon (arranged by Dr Lavan). Had a CT that evening and surgery the day after! Unbelievable concierge type service with brilliant attention to detail. Wow! Thankyou. Mr Gordon

The consultation with Richard was excellent, he is very thorough and in-depth. I learnt a lot about my tension headaches, the root causes, and Richard provided me with self help techniques tailored specifically to me. Richard took his time with the Acpuncture treatment and adjusted from my feedback. Richard ensures precision, evidently experienced as my neck, shoulder tension dissipated. The procedure itself was painless and I didn’t even know the daith piercing had taken place! I would highly recommend Richard and I’m very pleased I did not just have a dairh piercing from a body piercer - there is a huge difference! So if you are in two minds and it is headaches, anxiety and relatable issues you would like to be treated please do seek help from Richard. I’m 100% happy that I did. Thank you Richard.
