Georgina is a brilliant consultant. During any conversations, her manner is wonderful and she is just so personable. She is also an excellent surgeon, and I recovered really quickly from my operation. However why I rate Georgina so highly is because she changed my life. Her instincts are exceptional. Neither my GP or the private ultrasound clinic had raised any concerns about some symptoms I was having and I was totally oblivious to some things I was at particular risk of. Georgina went out of her way to arrange my operation. Her responsiveness and professionalism were amazing. She also rightly didn't alert me unnecessarily which kept me happily unaware until I needed to know more. It turned out I did need further treatment and Georgina referred me onwards for that. I'm pleased to say I had a really good outcome in the end but if it weren't for Georgina and her equally efficient, responsive and helpful PA, Sharon, my result could have been different.
