An exceptional experience from booking in at reception friendly and helpful receptionist to the discharge . Everybody was so thoughtful and caring the operation was a success and the consultant Michael Roberts called to check all was ok.

Apart from the fact I had to wait to be seen 25 mins past my appointment time with a very full bladder (anxiety making), my experience was excellent & very professional. I have absolute faith in my doctor & the feedback was clear & realistic. One small comment. The treatment room is small and there was no-where to put my clothes while undergoing tests.

The Vesey hospital is clean, well lit and inviting. The staff was kind and friendly, our only concern was the wait time as we had arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment but the consultant was not made aware until I asked nearly 10 minutes after our appointment time.
