Also, being autistic, there are a lot of challenges with medical appointments and Mr Kashani has been nothing but kind, patient, extremely thorough and professional. Even when very obviously extremely busy, he always gives time to listen, and just as importantly, explain and discuss procedures and treatments. He has undoubtedly saved my vision.
