Dr Rakshit’s empathetic nature made the whole experience stress free. I felt that she really listened to me, she explained likely diagnosis, tests needed and what was involved. Dr Jasani is always available to discuss any concerns I have regarding the ongoing issue I have with CLL. Recently, I received a frightening report from the NHS regarding the high increase in my blood counts. Being I could not make contact with the NHS to discuss this I emailed Dr Jasani and he arranged to see me straight away and ran further tests to check the outcome. The counts had reduced considerably which put my mind rest.
