Dr Snow listened carefully and was fully briefed on our first meeting and looked at the blood test and blood pressure readings I showed him. He gave me his professional medical advice in a way that, I, a non medical person could understand. We discussed the situation and the possible medication. He was understanding and practical and we agreed on the medication for me to take. He was professional but with a good and sympathetic bedside manner.

From our discussion, he was able to quickly analyse the likely cause of my condition, before arranging a series of tests to confirm the diagnosis. His thoroughness of approach was very reassuring.
