A very positive experience. Everything was explained to me very clearly and I left with the impression of a slick, efficient but caring organisation.

Booking process easy and all staff pleasant. Disappointed not to be examined- I have what I believe is bloating but may not be.

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.

I have been under the care of Dr Sami for 3 years and always had an excellent service. He saved my swallowing and treated my reflux and stomach problems. I feel back to normal now.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

I felt so cared for as soon as I arrived. Everything was explained to me before my surgery and I was reassured right up to I was put to sleep. When I came round after surgery I could not have felt more cared for , everyone was amazing and I was continually checked on through the night. Food was amazing too, all of the staff were polite , respectful and kind.

It was excellent and the nurses and wider staff were all fantastic.

The team were amiable, and everything was clean and comfortable.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.
