Great bedside manner! Very caring and know how to get to the heart of a problem quickly!

I felt Dr Hickey was kind and attentive. I certainly feel the appointment was worthwhile and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Had confidence in Dr. Plaut straight away. He put me at ease, listened to me, examined me thoroughly and explained what he intended to do clearly. I would not hesitate to see him again should I need to.

Have never seen anything like the service provided by Dr Lavan! Real care, feeling of being looked after and the ability to organise and manage my difficult situation. He saw me, organised bloods and an abdominal xray (same day at home!). Results of both tests were back in 4hrs and i was seeing a gastro surgeon (Dr Navaratnam - who was also excellent) that afternoon (arranged by Dr Lavan). Had a CT that evening and surgery the day after! Unbelievable concierge type service with brilliant attention to detail. Wow! Thankyou. Mr Gordon
