The Spectrum team not only are experts, but are a really lovely team who've made me feel very well looked after. They've been patient with my many questions and great at explaining the physiology of what's going on and what's causing any pain. Somehow knowing this makes it easier to deal with it. I've been seeing them for post-op physio and at moments where I wondered if I'd ever get back to normal, they have been very helpful in explaining the journey and reassuring me.

Good advice; Joshua took time to understand my needs, and made sure I had clear actionable advice to follow. Made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything too. Would recommend.

Pure Sports Medicine have helped me get back on my feet (literally!)  Earlier in the year I sustained a stress fracture injury, which then caused some further issues with my foot and ankle. I was in so much pain and simple tasks such as walking and climbing the stairs were a struggle.  From the moment I first stepped through the doors of the clinic, I’ve been nothing short of impressed. It’s now been almost 3 months since I started my rehab at Pure Sports, and I'd like to give a big shoutout to my physio Anthony La and my exercise physiologist/S&C coach Finn Kenny, who have both been nothing short of incredible throughout my journey so far. They listen to me, encourage me, and have made my rehab as fun and exciting as can be. Not to forget the receptionists, who are also very efficient and friendly. Whilst I still have a way to go, I'm pleased to say that since working with Finn and Anthony, I'm the happiest and strongest I’ve felt in a very long time!🎉 Finn has also designed me an exercise programme to help me to manage another condition I have. I'm already starting to see amazing results after just a few months, and I’m now even training for a 10K charity cycle, which is something I thought was beyond possible! I’m excited to see what progress I will continue to make over the coming months. 🚴  I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Sports Medicine - a truly 5 star experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
