Had an excellent experience with Dr Seth, very attentive, walks you through everything and explains it in a clear simple manner. He referred me to get an MRI after the first consultation due to a severely bruised and swollen ankle. This revealed significant bruising on the actual bone which help managed it going forward by providing clear instructions and advice.

Superb, kept well informed and good treat

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

I was very impressed with the consultation. With Dr Singh you feel genuinely listened to and that he genuinely takes his time to understand. Has such a nice manner. Knowledgeable, experienced and talked through the clinical aspects in a relevant, helpful and easy to understand way, and always in a collaborative way. The communications from the team were clear, prompt and helpful. Recommended without hesitation.
