My experience with the staff and Mr Berber has been very good since day one, and I highly recommend to Mr Berber and the Royal Free Hospital to anyone who needs to see an Orthopedic specialist in the future.

The staff at reception were always, friendly, polite and helpful, while the nursing staff on the day of my operation were kind and professional, leaving no room for error. I would like to thank the staff at Parkside Hospital, especially the nurses, for the care they showed over the number of visits I made to the hospital, including the day of my operation.

The new and upgraded facilities are clearly an improvement, but represent a considerable investment. understandably, this investment needs to be repaid, but it is unfortunate that it comes at the cost of friendliness and patient care. The draconian and accusatory approach to patients who need to self-fund their treatment is not a good basis for a respectful and long-term relationship with patients and clinicians.
