Very pleased with my experience at the Blackheath Hospital as a Private Patient.

Appointment was on time.

I was impressed with the receptionist and technicians, they were all very polite and welcoming.

Arriving feeling nervous, my experience throughout was reassuring, and I felt myself to be in safe hands

Very friendly staff, always available and helpful.

- The waiting rooms were very clean and had comfortable seating, and since it was a very hot day, having water available was a massive plus. - The receptionists and pre-registration staff were very professional and diligent in processing my documents - The ambience in general was very calm and not chaotic at all (complete opposite to my country) - The communication by the hospital staff before and after the appointment was always done in a secure manner and very professional. - The fees paid are very reasonable, considering the very high level of professional standards. - The fact that my whole family was able to enter for my appointment also made me feel very safe (in my country, only one person is allowed to attend) and all concerns were addressed during the consultation. - The appointment time was adhered to, which was a very big plus.

Always very pleasant and professional. First came to this practice forty years ago and never been disappointed.
