His attention to detail when taking a thorough history far surpassed my expectations, and his compassion and empathy were palpable through all encounters. His follow-up care was personal and expedited once concerns identified , with a robust care plan delivered swiftly that went beyond his Professional requirements. Dr Brincat's approach has been consistently exemplary. Dr Brincat delivered a holistic, family as well as patient centred care, for which I cannot thank him enough. Christian was excellent with me from our very first meeting when I was in desperate need for assistance with a unary tract infection. He then organised for a full review of all the associated organs to ensure we had full visibility to their condition and the finally we moved onto a six monthly PSA testing plan so we had a clear view over an extended period of trending.

Mr Eddy was professional and sympathetic about my condition. He explained my options clearly, and I felt very much at ease.

Dr Robson was very clear, thorough and reassuring in his advice and approach. He was also very quick and efficient. Whilst I did not need a procedure I would have been very comfortable in his hands.

Welcomed and escorted to the surgery. Very pleasant disposition. Considering my condition I was put at ease and made to feel more confident discussing the situation. After the examination everything was explained in a way that was easily understood. I was advised of several methods for treatment all with all explained in full. I was left feeling reassured regarding my situation and confident that I was given I had the advice I needed. All in all a pleasant experience covering a delicate health issue satisfactorily.
