Having being referred to Dr Kwan, he contacted me promptly and was even able to provide me with a same day video consultation. He was very thorough and took time to understand my issues. He was able to get the relevant tests arranged with a fast turnaround, which was a great relief. Dr Kwan also took time to explain any issues and outcomes from results in a way that was understanble. I felt reassured being treated by Dr Kwan and that I was in safe hands given his expertise in the field. Additionally he was excellent at communicating in terms of setting appointments and responding to queries.

Professor Rajan provided excellent care, treatment and explanation during the diagnosis of my prostate cancer. He acted very promptly to perform my biopsy, arrange a PET scan and ensure a referral without delay to the oncologist. Professor Rajan was exceptionally helpful, calling me in his own time to make me aware of the PET results and provide reassurance. I could not have asked for better.

Dr Sahai was very attentive and listened to all my concerns without rushing me. He explained the possible causes of my problems in a way that was easy to understand and outlined several treatment options. The examination was thorough, and he made sure to address all my questions. He recommended a specific protocol to follow to prevent further symptoms. He also scheduled a follow-up appointment in three months to monitor my progress. I appreciated that he provided clear instructions and took the time to ensure I understood everything. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my appointment with Dr Sahai. His expertise and compassionate approach made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Dr Sahai to anyone in need of a urologist.
