Very understanding of my situation

Dr Tadtayev took time to explain possible outcomes, was kind and thoughtful. He was thorough in his investigations and identified and cured an issue that I had be experiencing for years.

Dr Robson was very clear, thorough and reassuring in his advice and approach. He was also very quick and efficient. Whilst I did not need a procedure I would have been very comfortable in his hands.

I felt at ease with Professor Hindley as soon as I met him, and he couldn't have taken more trouble in assessing my problem and proposing a course of action, which was explained in detail. I felt very lucky to be under the care of such a highly professional consultant.

Rick is very competent, knowledgeable, laid back and reassuring

Mr Barber was excellent but arguably the remote follow up appointment with my results would have been better with a specialist who could inform me in more detail of the next steps and time frame to treat the cancer rather than leaving me waiting for a further two weeks or how ever long it will take. This would surely be more efficient than having two appointments one with Mr barber and then, I assume, a further appointment with an oncologist or similar plus the double appointment cost.
