Welcomed and escorted to the surgery. Very pleasant disposition. Considering my condition I was put at ease and made to feel more confident discussing the situation. After the examination everything was explained in a way that was easily understood. I was advised of several methods for treatment all with all explained in full. I was left feeling reassured regarding my situation and confident that I was given I had the advice I needed. All in all a pleasant experience covering a delicate health issue satisfactorily.

I was diagnosed with phimosis as a 21 year old - my foreskin was very tight and it was difficult to retract it even a centimetre. This meant that I couldn’t maintain proper hygiene and I was also diagnosed with lichen sclerosis. Mr Chitale explained my condition in detail and the possible courses of action. Circumcision was the best option for me. He looked after me very well and gave me his mobile number so I was able to contact him whenever I was unsure about anything. I am very happy with the result of my circumcision and I would highly recommend Mr Chitale to anyone experiencing similar symptoms.

Mr Wiseman was calm, clear and experienced - and very caring - I could not be happier with the service I received - I was fast tracked to have a CT scan and he rang me within hours with a positive result. I am also delighted that he wants a review and follow up so he can advise me on how best to avoid getting further kidney stones in the future. I cannot rate Mr Wiseman and his team more highly.

Very patient and thorough examination

There are doctors and then there is Ravleen. She does happen to be a doctor (which, I am sure, comes as no surprise), but calling her "just" a doctor is like describing a castle as a house. She is so much more than just a doctor. She is, for sure, an exceptionally knowledgeable medical professional. But what stands out and what makes her more special then any other medical professional I ever had the fortune (other than my grandfather - granted I might be a tad biased) or misfortune to interact with, is her empathetic and very human touch. She is the first doctor (other than my grandfather, of course) I have experienced who cares deeply about you and your loved ones as a human being and not just a patient. Consequently she really and truly cares about your holistic well being rather than the symptoms you are experiencing at the time. She goes over and above what is required, expected and even hoped for and even after hours has been there for us in a crisis with her down to earth advice and support. I can truly say that I hope to be her patient as long as I can and that I hope she will be a part of my, hopefully mostly healthy, journey to old age and that we both eventually, with creaking bones and hunched over backs and our respective canes, chuckle while she tries to test my patellar reflex. I can't recommend her more highly. If you are looking for an exceptionally knowledgable doctor with a human side, who will go not just the extra mile, but be an enrichment to your lives and well-being, then look no further; you have hit the SuperEnalotto and Powerball jackpot combined - on steroids to boot!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pras, from the initial diagnostic to considering treatment options and the the procedure itself. I am extremely happy with the results and the level of service and professionalism from both Dr. Pras and all the staff at the hospital.
