I found Mr Caeser to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. My only concern is I have not had any follow up since the appointment, so I will take this up with Bupa and with the secretary.

I think Dr Rao must have the magic touch as after he carried out a half knee replacement I was able to walk without crutches within a week

I'm so greatful to have a new knee but after care wasn't so great.iv had a second opinion as im still in alot of pain. And limp terribly..I did feel I wasn't listed too at my a week check up.6 months later I'm in more pain now than before my operation. Currently waiting to be seen in pain clinic.
