Straight away from arriving at the clinic all staff were extremely friendly and helpful extending into the appointment whereby dr Imbuldeniya straight away took a genuine interest, care and engaging attitude toward my injuries. He was positive, pragmatic and extremely knowledgeable, all combining to give an excellent amount of care and therefore confidence in the steps laid out for recovery.

Clearly explained what to expect . Mr Dabis was very professional , but at the same time approachable and very good at putting you at ease. He listened very carefully to my concerns and answered questions giving me all the time I needed . He was positive while still not underestimating the procedure and this gave me the confidence to proceed .

Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. The operation itself has been totally successful as I have had no pain at all and immediately can do things I wasn’t able to do before due to the pain I was in. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!

Very professional and polite

I had my operation in May on my Knee after suffering a lot of pain. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Mr Bhattee. The surgery went smoothly not a pleasant experience but Mr Bhattee was so thorough, kind, gentle and totally professional in every way, it made a bad situation bearable.
