He explained the treatment for a partial knee replacement, and why he felt it was appropriate given the current state of my knee. The team at KIMS were brilliant, from reception, through outpatients, xray and after the op via physio. The on the day team were amazing, and I felt totally cared for and supported from arrival through to discharge. The physio team were great and gave me the confidence that I had everything covered to go home with confidence. Thank you
