Mr Fernandez was clear and concise in all our interactions. He has, in fact been truly helpful to me over many years - having replaced my left hip in 1997, which is still going strong. In particular, the whole experience of my right hip replacement in April was smooth, virtually pain-free and almost enjoyable. The recovery has been wonderful and I am ready to put my dancing shoes back on!
