Mr Fernandez was clear and concise in all our interactions. He has, in fact been truly helpful to me over many years - having replaced my left hip in 1997, which is still going strong. In particular, the whole experience of my right hip replacement in April was smooth, virtually pain-free and almost enjoyable. My Murphy is a lovely man with a really kind and understanding manner. He explained my x-rays in detail and provided me with a treatment plan which is practical and easy to understand. He also explained what his expectation is over the coming months and reassured me as to what to expect. James is an extremely experienced and competent physiotherapist who came recommended through my knee surgeon. He is able to quickly diagnose the underlying problem and suggest the necessary exercises, which he records as mini videos and then shares through email (rather than some complex platform requiring multiple passwords!) He has a very friendly demeanor and i can honestly not recommend him enough. The only downside is that he is often booked well in advance.
