Great hospital and friendly staff.

An excellent experience. Staff very helpful. No complaints at all. Would recommend the hospital to anyone.

I have given 5 stars across the board. I did have a bit of waiting time but twice members of staff checked my situation and were proactive in noticing and finding out the situation with the wait. As it happened I had no issues at all with waiting as my consultant had fitted me in last minute at the end of his day - which in itself was enormously helpful, so it did not bother me to wait at all.

I found the experience to be positive and professional, I'm disappointed that there has been no follow up to my consult though, so I will query this with my Bupa insurance and the secretary.

Very good experience, but I was directed to a consultant that wasn’t on vitality list, so I have to go back and source another consultant for nerve tests

Excellent care friendly

My experience at Parkside was extremely positive. Due to issues with blood cancer, I required additional care both pre and post operation. The staff were up to speed with all my requirements, and took great care to ensure that the treatment I received was strictly in accordance with Mr Sturridge's instructions. The staff were curteous, friendly and efficient. The care I received and the food served were both excellent.

Every time I have visited Goring Hall I have been greated with a very pleasant receptionist and also rest of the staff, been seen before or on time and all facilities are there for you.
