Initially I was very nervous about getting the endoscopy but dr Karagama held a very calming manner which made it all easy, it was over in a few minutes The Botox procedure very, Karagama spoke to me before hand, once again he made me feel very confident and at ease. I saw Mr Selvadurai around 10 years ago with severe sinusitis and have recommended him to many friends and colleagues since.
