I had a tympanoplasty on my left ear and Mr Manjaly's expertise, knowledge and care has been evident throughout. From the initial appointment the treatment options were made clear and the risks and benefits of each option. He explained everything clearly and I understood what the surgery would entail should I opt to go ahead with treatment. On the day of the surgery he checked how I was before and after the procedure. I felt I was in the best care possible and have had a successful result following the surgery. My hearing has improved and I have had no re-occurrence of infections and issues prior to the surgery.

Mr Hannan was extremely helpful in dealing with my situation. He took his time to listen to my concerns and explained his theories and treatment in a simple and concise way. He made a plan of treatment and made sure to follow-up and showed availability for possible further follow-up. He was also extremely patient in answering any questions I had.
