I was recently under the care of Dr Tsironis while recovering from abdominal surgery. His visits each morning kept me informed of how I was doing, but it was at the follow up appointment once I had been discharged that he really took the time to explain my condition to me. I asked endless questions and he really helped me to get a grasp on what had happened to me by showing diagrams of the anatomy, explaining to me so that I could understand. He put me at ease and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. Explained well and not rushed. I met Dr Mamidanna from my first procedure endoscopy about 2 years ago. He explained procedure and educated me about health life style and what can help me in future. 2024 he is my consultant. I thank God I saw him today as I was telling my sister yesterday Sunday that I wish I will see him to thank him. My appointment was Monday he called me in and he told me he saw me last time. Mr Patel was extremely kind and thoughtful during our consultations, and my experience was hugely positive. His expertise and manner went a long way when dealing with my condition and the anxieties I had around this!

An absolutely amazing surgeon who I have since recommended to a number of people. I had total faith in his skills and knew that I would be in safe hands and receive the best possible care. The aftercare has been outstanding - there were times when I would send an email on a Saturday evening not expecting a reply until the Monday and had an immediate response. He is very accessible and thorough too. One of the best surgeons I have encountered.

Contacted Miss Souvatzi to ask if she could take on my case before proceeding with a consultation. She assured me she can. Before I paid, she seemed rather engaged. However, following payment, she pretty much dropped off the case and lost interest. I constantly had to push for standard things, such as getting scans read. Disappointing service for a very sensitive matter. Better to go directly via NHS.
