Initially I went to see Mr Arun Prasath Shanmuganandan when I discovered my hemorrhoids was not improving. Dr Arun was so professional and knowledgeable but above all he made me feel very comfortable. He was very calm and understanding. He took his time with the assessment and was very meticulous. The treatment he suggested was very effective and made a swift recovery. During the consultation he discovered there is a family history with bowel cancer and he strongly advised for a colonoscopy which my GP never picked on. Dr Arun was very proactive and got everything organized for me. The colonoscopy very smoothly and I did not felt anything, I guess this must be down to his experience and knowledge. Two polyps was removed send to the lab and Dr Arun gave me the all clear during the follow up. I felt very safe at all time in his care. I highly recommend Dr Arun, he is an expert in his field.

I have the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Marina Fernando for over 5 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and empathy. As an incredibly skilled gynaecologist, Dr. Fernando combines extensive medical knowledge with a genuinely caring approach. She takes the time to listen, explain every aspect of the treatment, and ensure I feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Fernando's dedication and personalised care make her an outstanding professional. I could not recommend Mr Niyogi enough. We was recommended to visit him through another consultant at Blackheath hospital for my son who was struggling to eat solid food. I felt as though I was fobbed off by HV and my son labelled as fussy for 6 months because I was able to breast feed. Mr Niyogi identified a posterior tongue tie and explained the surgery and the risks involved as my son was nearly 12 months at the time. He was incredibly professional and fitted us in quickly to allow my son time to recover before I return to work. The outcome of this procedure has been amazing. My son is now eating solid food (and a lot of it) he can say more words and make more sounds. I am so grateful for Mr Niyogi for listening to me and giving me options as this really has changed my son’s life.

Very openminded and mindful doctor concerns with the patient's wellbeing and solving the issues she was consulted for. She makes you feel comfortable and is a good listener.
