For those considering this surgery, I highly recommend diligently following the post-operative care instructions. Regular cleaning and rinsing of the nose are crucial for a successful recovery. When I had my endoscopy, my nose looked fantastic. Stick to the prescribed protocol, including antibiotics, and don’t be alarmed if your nose looks different after the cast removal—it will settle down in time. Well done, Dr. Joshi! I was so lucky to meet Mr Awad for my procedure. I felt totally confident that I would successfully get through a quite difficult episode in my life. Mr Awad was always caring and kind and patiently answered all my questions: his explanations were completely borne out by how things progressed. The nursing/speech/nutrition team at Charing Cross Hospital were also excellent.

Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed. I haven’t slept this well in years, my energy is back, and I feel like I have a new lease on life, thanks to Mr Ghufoor. I highly recommend him.
