Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. Miss Valerie Saw recently performed very successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes and provided excellent advice and solutions to manage and significantly improve my dry eye and blepharitis conditions. I had a very good experience with Doctor Wisam Muen. Initially the so called 'SMILE' surgery technique didn't yield the results we were expecting. Doctor Muen was very clear on explaining why the results weren't as expected and in preparing me for a followon surgery if I wanted to proceed with a touchup procedure using LASIK. Despite my concerns with the second procedure he put me at ease and helped my understand the potential benefits. I would go back to both OPTEGRA clinic and request Doctor Muen again without a thought. Even though it took some time to achieve what results I wanted, both him and his staff were very supportive through the journey and in the end we were successful!
