My experience at Parkside was extremely positive. Due to issues with blood cancer, I required additional care both pre and post operation. The staff were up to speed with all my requirements, and took great care to ensure that the treatment I received was strictly in accordance with Mr Sturridge's instructions. The staff were curteous, friendly and efficient. The care I received and the food served were both excellent.

The whole process was excellent

Outstanding customer care from the nurse and receptionist in the waiting area. Both are exceptionally good. Grafton Suite is also an exceptionally good facility with light and clean areas everywhere.

It was OK, a bit expensive - cost increased dramatically since my visit in January 2023

Clean friendly hospital.

Nothing short of excellent quality of service. I felt valued and all staff (nurses and receptionists) could not have done any more to make me comfortable. No praise is high enough; thank you very much for taking care of me.
