Overall experience has been good. I'd only comment that the appointment times are not always punctual. Cleanliness was ok but one toilet needed a clean/tidy up.

I saw Dr Henry Grundy-Wheeler about my shoulder pain following a fall and breaking my collarbone. He took time to listen to my symptoms then offered reassurance and ways forward for my treatment. He was excellent.
