Very pleasant and professional.explained everything very clearly

I cannot praise Mr Anwar enough. From my first consultation with him because of my sudden loss of hearing he has proved to be a marvellous doctor. After the medication he initially prescribed only resulted in a partial improvement he recommended a procedure to cure the problem. I was admitted to The Cromwell ,as a day patient very quickly, where he carried out the operation with complete success. Mr Anwar’s calm, friendly and professional manner inspires confidence in the patient and from my viewpoint I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr D’Souza was very patient, attentive, listened to what I had to say and gave very clear answers to all my questions.

As in the past I have so found Mr Moorthy’s whole approach very professional and his explaining of possible issues very clear, leaving me confident that I will receive an accurate and balanced review following my further tests. I had a brilliant experience with Mr. Manisali. He was very careful to listen to my thoughts and we had several meetings over the course of months to align on the desired outcome and expectations for the surgery. This included meticulously reviewing morphs and predictive imaging to make sure we were on the same page. He was always open to answering questions and took the time to explain complex concepts and made them easy to understand and was very patient and friendly. Prior to the surgery he ensured I was completely informed to the point where walking into the hospital I felt very calm because we had been over the details so many times. The experience post op has been similarly brilliant. This is not to mention his skill and surgical knowledge which was exemplary - I’m very happy with the outcome!
