Appointment on time. Mr Coonar immediately put me at ease, he discussed my case in a very clear and concise manner. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and Mr Coonar replied accordingly. I felt that I was put at ease and that my previous surgery had been sucessful and I have full faith in this incredibly devoted surgeon who also took the time to introduce two students with my consent. I feel that this would benefit the students knowledge base greatly. Mr Coonar is genuinely kind honest and approachable. I left the appointment feeling that I had a positive experience with an excellent thoratic surgeon and his team.

I went to see Dr Raghav Dwivedi for Voice Problems, Hoarseness and Other Voice Disorders and Vocal Cord Disorders. He was very thorough and friendly. He checked my vocal cords and diagnosed my condition very quickly and explained the problem very clearly. I will recommend him to any one who has ENT problems

I found Mr Crinnion to be frienly, attentive, knowledgable, proactive and of course hightly skilled. All the things you want from a Consultant/Surgeon.

If I am honest it took too long to get the appointment booked but once I was booked in everything was really good.

Mr Billie is a genuine person who shows an amazing passion for his work and his patients wellbeing, from the moment I was introduced to Mr Billie I felt at ease. He takes time to listen to his patients and he fully explains all procedures in layman's terms which helps keep you at ease. Mr Billie visited me most days post operation, sometimes twice a day. His passion for his work shines through and is reassuring for any patient, this passion is clearly infectious to those that work with or alongside him and he is a true professional in all aspects. Mr Okiror was a calm reassuring and knowledgeable surgeon who explained everything well and clearly, with excellent follow - up. I felt totally safe in his care.

Pre Operation assessment detailed explanation and accurate in terms of time scale of Operation and recovery along with potential issues. Post Operation once again detailed explanation of the Operation and pathology findings. Very helpful and supportive in terms of explanation of side effects and of course the plan for the long term recovery and monitoring. Overall a friendly and very professional manner, completely on point.

Ms Beddow always puts me at my ease and I feel confident of her treatment, couldn’t ask for a better consultant.
