Have never seen anything like the service provided by Dr Lavan! Real care, feeling of being looked after and the ability to organise and manage my difficult situation. He saw me, organised bloods and an abdominal xray (same day at home!). Results of both tests were back in 4hrs and i was seeing a gastro surgeon (Dr Navaratnam - who was also excellent) that afternoon (arranged by Dr Lavan). Had a CT that evening and surgery the day after! Unbelievable concierge type service with brilliant attention to detail. Wow! Thankyou. Mr Gordon

Amazing care and compassion as always by Dr Amber. Approach to patient is beautiful and the way she explains and explores the issues that make so much sense. Putting patient at ease to open up and embrace their uniqueness with so much compassion is so wonderful. Every session with her gives us insight and strength to carry on. Feel blessed always as a family to have an opportunity to have Dr Amber in our lives. She is a true asset to medical profession and would recommend her to anyone seeking help out there.

Dr Sarkhel was very efficient and flexible with appointments, which made it easier to go through the diagnosis process. I like that he takes a holistic approach to treatment - we don't just discuss medication during check ups, but additional external support like counseling and social activities. This is helping me to better manage my ADHD symptoms and capitalise on the boost the medication provides to create better habits. It's not easy, but having check ups on these additional factors helps me stay on track. His assistants are also great at sending appointment reminders and checking if you need rescheduling, which helps me remember how close it is and make any changes with better than notice than if I handled it on my own.

Had confidence in Dr. Plaut straight away. He put me at ease, listened to me, examined me thoroughly and explained what he intended to do clearly. I would not hesitate to see him again should I need to.

I have seen Dr Bhandari for several years now. I would recommend him as a highly knowledgeable and experienced psychiatrist.

Marc is easy to talk to, and knows when to let the patient unburden themselves versus when to step in with some advice. He is also good at knowing when to be forgiving versus when to apply some ‘tough love.’ In my experience, therapy is not always easy but it shouldn’t be unpleasant, and Marc does a good job of ensuring that it is a worthwhile and even enjoyable endeavour.
