Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. He has a kind and gentle energy about him. When difficult things need to be discussed and addressed I found him to be firm and compassionate at the same time. A great therapist to work with.

An excellent experience. You are a very good listener and I am able to relax, confident in your competence! You've helped me to understand myself and my relationships better and I feel a natural rapport with you. The only very small suggestion I would have is to send meeting invites at a consistent time before the meeting as once or twice I wasn't sure if the meeting was happening. Steve helped me to accept the situation I found myself in using a combination of CBT and compassion. The latter I found particularly beneficial in helping me to accept what had happened. His focus on quality of life helped me to enjoy my situation despite ongoing medical difficulties.

Dr Sarkhel, a very helpful professional concerning my depression. He was able to address my concerns to cognitive behaviours I was experiencing and inform me it was apart of the depression and anxiety I was facing. Very interesting to understand from a professional point of view and it helped me to really put things into perspective for me. I appreciate the advice as it was extremely helpful whilst going through the symptoms.
