I was seeing my Ease Wellbeing therapist for over a year and couldn’t be happier with the experience and outcome. Highly professional and overall has been life changing for me. Cannot recommend enough!

Great experience, just a shame the xray was closed off

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.

Nicole issue needs toberesolved. Caused many issues on ward. Distress to many patients and management repeatedly told but no adequate measures were put tin place. Processes need more efficient operationalisation. Staff were kind.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Excellent. Reception very efficient and friendly. Doctor Buckman was very personable, and met all my needs thoroughly.

Dr Amber is brilliant, approachable, friendly, extremely on point and knowledgeable. She clearly cares deeply for what she is doing which shows through her manner and words.

Overall very good experience. I am having some issues getting a copy of my screening results which I am hoping to resolve.
