What can I say, I had such a positive experience from the first contact with Cathedral Eye Clinic, this continued right through and after both my cataract surgeries. I cannot say enough about the friendliness, the efficency and the professionalism of all you at Cathedral Eye Clinic. I felt at ease the moment I stepped inside the Clinic for my first procedure, any apprehension I had was very quickly forgotten with the friendly approach of everyone I encountered, from the checking in process at Reception, to the standard Eye exams, to the surgical procedure itself, being informed of every step along the way by your kind, caring heathcare professionals, you truly are experts in dealing with nervous patients. I felt I was in the care of a well run, spotlessly clean, well staffed Clinic and need not worry about a thing, going back for my 2nd Eye was a breeze! The communication between myself and the Clinic from the first contact was very clear and uncomplicated which is exactly as it should be, you make it seem to easy which shows how good you all are at your jobs. The follow up calls, the easy to follow aftercare instructions and advice given to me was incredible, the Cathedral Eye Clinic team have it all. I had never heard of your Clinic previously, I was researching eye clinics online where I could avail of cross border heathcare, finding Cathedral was literally life changing, (I simply came across an advertisement for it) now I would have no hesitation in recommending Cathedral Eye Clinic to anyone who has cataracts or any eyecare needs, if they have the means to use the HSE cross border heathcare initiative I urge them to contact Cathedral to get their lives back on track. There was no need to be daunted by paperwork either as the Cathedral team look after all of that too, thanks so much for that. The ease and confidence I felt in my dealings with you at Cathedral was exceptional. Life never looked so bright.
