A very pleasant and informative consultation but having been given 30 min , it turned out to be much less and not enough time for me to ask further questions

From the moment I met Mr Yamamoto, I felt confident I would be in safe hands. He provided a concise explanation of my diagnosis and treatment options to myself and wife, answered all our questions fully and made himself available whenever I had concerns, both prior to and after surgery. His follow-ups were frequent and helpful too, and this helped my recovery (and whole experience) considerably. I obviously can’t compare Mr Yamamoto with another consultant surgeon, but I can absolutely say that my decision to trust him with my critical illness was the right one. A genius in the world of Urology in my opinion, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had his care and attention.

Mr Vasan was fantastic start to finish. After our initial 20min call, I completely understood my condition and the options available. I was booked in for the operation quickly and at a hospital that was convenient for me and my cover. On the day of the surgery, Mr Vasan came for a full 30min to explain the procedure, recovery and answer any questions I had. He also came by after I woke up to check everything was ok and to answer any further questions. He also recommend a local physio who is superb too. The follow up 2 weeks later was very thorough and he was genuinely pleased with my recovery. From the initial call I could tell that Mr Vasan was an expert in his field, genuinely cared and wanted to help, and explained things super clearly. I knew that I would be in very safe hands, and wouldn’t want anyone else to perform the operation. I cant thank Mr Vasan enough for stopping my pain and making my life better and no longer restricted again
