Mr Akula put me at ease from my first consultation, he explained everything clearly and put my mind at rest. Having never been in hospital in all my 77 years I was understandably a bit jittery but I have to say the whole experience was so smooth I really didn’t have to worry. I was very disappointed. While I appreciate that I hae no basis on which to make a judgement of Mr Seel's clinical skill, I found his interaction with me cursory. He seemed disinterested in my experience and I await with interest what happens when we meet and he has the findings of the clinical tests to discuss with me.

At the initial consultation everything was explained clearly and I was given the various options open to me. I selected that which I hoped would give me the most positive result. The surgery went very well and I had absolute belief that I was in safe hands. Mr Morris explained exactly what would happened and gave me a clear and honest explanation of how I would feel post surgery. This was very accurate and prepared me well for the first couple of weeks post op. Post surgery I requested an additional consultation and the appointment was offered quickly and my questions were again answered clearly. I am very pleased with the service provided.

She is a great listener and has lots of knowledge
