Brilliant man

Mr Ho was extremely thorough with the information he provided during my consultation and took time to explain in detail the condition of my eyes and the process and procedure I was going to have to rectify the problems. During the operation, he was again extremely informative and reassuring, explaining step by step what was happening and how it would effect me and make me feel. Mr Ho makes you feel both comfortable and reassured and overall, I found Mr Ho extremely professional and caring in the consultations and treatment I received. The treatment was a total success and I can honestly say that Mr Ho is genuinely an excellent professional and caring Consultant and Surgeon.

It is a pleasure coming to see Miss Richardson, she will listen to what you have to say, explain what she is doing and why and when she has finished all her tests she will tell you if anything is wrong and if there is, what needs to be done to fix it. Excellent service from initial consultation through to surgery and follow up. Mr Mitry explained everything very well and was very reassuring. Extremely professional and attentive manner.
