Dr Ho’s professionalism is exemplary. He spent a great deal of time explaining the cataract surgery and allay my concerns about retinal detachment. He explored options and explained risks and benefits in detail. At no point did I feel pressured to make a particular choice. His care had a wonderful human touch, so rare today. His approach was consistent throughout and I was well prepared for my surgery and felt safe in his hands. The positive outcome is testament to his excellent skills.
