Very good but advice sheet requested after procedure and despite follow up reminder did not receive one. Maybe should have spoken to his Secretary instead.

It is a pleasure coming to see Miss Richardson, she will listen to what you have to say, explain what she is doing and why and when she has finished all her tests she will tell you if anything is wrong and if there is, what needs to be done to fix it. Very professional and explained everything very clearly

I was recommended by a friend who had the same Bilateral refractive lens replacement with Trifocal lenses that I was looking for and I am so pleased I followed that advice. Everything was explained to a super in depth degree, including videos of the actual procedure so I was fully aware of what to expect. The aftercare and follow ups were excellent and I was left in no doubt that, had there been any issues, which there weren't, everything would be managed which gave me piece of mind in making my choice of surgeon. Our eyes are so precious, it's important that you fully understand everything and you have the utmost faith in the professionals you choose. My only regret is that a phaffed around and didn't get it done years ago!
