Mr Wiseman was amazing. To arrive for a fertility appointment is always quite daunting, but he made us feel incredibly at ease. He was very warm and friendly, and made us feel respected, a part of the decision making process about what happens next in our treatment, and we came away feeling empowered and very well informed. I was diagnosed with a small bilateral varicocele two years ago, and when the pain got worse earlier this year, I went to see Mr Alnajjar for a second opinion. Because it was bilateral, he referred me to a top radiologist for an abdominal ultrasound which identified a large abnormal growth on my kidney (and it turns out the varicocele is right-sided). He arranged for a follow-up CT scan and renogram within a few days, and referred me to a kidney surgeon for a nephrectomy. I will forever be grateful that he referred me for this ultrasound of my abdomen and not just my testes. I found him to be friendly and professional, and he calmly explained everything to me in a reassuring manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Alnajjar.

I’d recommend Dr Castiglione without any hesitation. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and also has a very calm, reassuring manner. He is also genuinely sympathetic and caring. I feel extremely fortunate to have been treated by him.
