I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.

Listens carefully. Gives patient time to share anamnesis and allows questions. Investigates to get the full picture. Explains elaborately. Felt very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

She is very experienced and has the most wonderful demeanour. She explained everything in a way I could easily understand. She is very kind and gentle in her approach to resolving my issue.
