Thoroughly professional, caring and friendly health provider

The whole experience at PGH was excellent. All the staff from the gentleman on reception at the front door on the morning of arrival, the nursing staff, the catering staff were all efficient, friendly and reassuring. I also need to say the food was excellent.

Good conversation with a very friendly and compassionate Dr. However no clear recommendations tailored to me - write up was 7 pages of very generic advice referring to the book (which I’ve got and have read). Feels like a waste of money as could have distilled the same overwhelming number of things to try from the book / the internet.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

My first appointment went really well. Emily is very knowledgable and thorough. We discussed my symptoms in details and Emily went through the diet options with me. She also sent a referral for some blood tests which I was grateful for. I also received a lot of information via e-mail following my appointment to help me with the diet. Can’t wait to try it and looking forward to my next appointment.
