- The waiting rooms were very clean and had comfortable seating, and since it was a very hot day, having water available was a massive plus. - The receptionists and pre-registration staff were very professional and diligent in processing my documents - The ambience in general was very calm and not chaotic at all (complete opposite to my country) - The communication by the hospital staff before and after the appointment was always done in a secure manner and very professional. - The fees paid are very reasonable, considering the very high level of professional standards. - The fact that my whole family was able to enter for my appointment also made me feel very safe (in my country, only one person is allowed to attend) and all concerns were addressed during the consultation. - The appointment time was adhered to, which was a very big plus.

I have seen Dr Mair for the last four years. He has been instrumental in treating chronic back pain and wellness issues. He is a very skilled and caring doctor, with so many additional treatment options beyond osteopathy that have helped me on my journey. Highly recommend that you trust this practice with providing you a care plan that is in the best interest of your wellness.

Really pleasant professional experience. Physio was great. Location is just a little challenging for drop off as I have a broken leg and then its some navigation to get to the physio area. All manageable but there is no place to sit and wait which might be helpful (especially if you have a broken leg) and I would think a relatively easy thing to address.

David is very professional and knowledgeable. I trusted him immediately and knew I am in good hands.

Friendly environment

James is an extremely experienced and competent physiotherapist who came recommended through my knee surgeon. He is able to quickly diagnose the underlying problem and suggest the necessary exercises, which he records as mini videos and then shares through email (rather than some complex platform requiring multiple passwords!) He has a very friendly demeanor and i can honestly not recommend him enough. The only downside is that he is often booked well in advance.

Aran really knows his stuff, genuinely cares about the recovery of his patients and will tailor his programmes to you.
