Had a revision rotator cuff repair under the care of Prof Imam. He explained everything at all time points. Seen me and reassured me at all time points. Shown me videos 5 stars!!

Very good today and good receptionist . There have been a couple of times when the young receptionist on the 15th Floor hadn’t entered my appointment time in and I’d made two journeys for nothing as when I got there they hadn’t been written down but luckily the last time it was the regular young lady and she’s on the ball so it was all fine .

From walking in and being greeted by the receptionist to waiting very briefly for the Dr everyone was friendly and efficient. The end was clean and tidy. Lovely
