From the first appointment, Mr Manjaly was kind, clear and gave me every opportunity to ask questions as well as space to consider my options. As someone who had never had an operation, the whole experience was pretty daunting but Mr Manjaly was a consistently calm and friendly presence and inspired a lot of confidence.
