We had watched him on a video from the macular Society and had been very impressed by his knowledge and the way he communicated. We were not disappointed when we met him we are so pleased to have found him a professional and very knowledgeable in his field.

the consultation was useful but there was no follow-up booked as promised, and the PA was uncontactable moving forwards (either by phone or email). From previous reviews I can see this is not abnormal which is not reassuring for anyone moving forwards.

Mr Jain is incredible. He has built a wonderful relationship with our son, from day one Mr Jain has treated our son and us with the utmost care. Mr Jain has been our son’s consultant for almost 5years, we would not trust anyone else with his eyes. Miss Valerie Saw recently performed very successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes and provided excellent advice and solutions to manage and significantly improve my dry eye and blepharitis conditions. Miss Saw is highly professional, extremely thorough, and communicated brilliantly throughout the whole process, so I felt confident every step of the way. During my initial consultation Miss Saw identified some complications with my left eye. She ensured further tests were carried out where required, to ensure the surgery would be a success. She is very patient and was willing to answer all my questions and is very personable and has great people skills.
